  I had a wonderful experience at Rowan. I’d been avoiding changing my tragus piercing for almost 20 years because I wasn’t comfortable going to a tattoo shop. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Taisha, my nurse, changed my piercing with ease and helped me pick out beautiful new earrings. I love that Rowan offers a professional, comfortable piercing and jewelry experience outside of a tattoo parlor or Claire’s. Highly recommend!

  Such an easy positive experience! The girls were so friendly and informative. I thought my tragus would have to be re-pierced after not having a piercing in for years but they were easily able to get the piercing I wanted in! They also changed out the third hole in my lobes. Jewelry picks were adorable! Highly recommend!

  I got my second piercings done by Zaria and had an amazing experience. She was super friendly, made me feel comfortable the whole time, and explained everything clearly before starting. The piercings were quick, clean, and lined up perfectly. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing. I’m so happy with how my seconds turned out and would 100% recommend Zaria to anyone getting pierced!

  Rowan is an absolute must-go for all your piercing needs. A huge shout-out to the fact that their piercers are registered nurses. As someone who personally holds an OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens license, I can confidently say this establishment far exceeds cleanliness and safety standards. I wasn’t the one receiving a piercing, I was there as support for my friend, but after witnessing her experience, I’m seriously considering getting a second piercing myself. I would strongly recommend making an appointment. It may have been especially busy when we arrived due to the holidays, but busy or not, an appointment is the way to go. Rowan offers both needle piercings and device piercings, and it’s important to note they do not use the outdated “gun” method. Our nurse, Zaira, took the time to speak with my friend to fully understand her desired end result. After a thorough assessment and careful marking of her ears (with my friend’s approval at each step), Zaira determined that a device piercing would be the best approach over a needle piercing. After the assessment, Zaira re-gloved and prepared a sterile tray before beginning the procedure. My friend also shared that she has a strong fear of needles and tends to feel nauseous or pass out. After the first piercing, Zaira was incredibly attentive, ensuring my friend felt comfortable and stable before proceeding. Within minutes, both piercings were complete, and they looked amazing. Rowan truly delivers exceptional customer service with highly skilled, professional nurses who prioritize safety at every level. Their setup, and sterile breakdown, ensure no risk of bloodborne pathogen transfer. They use only hypoallergenic earrings and even offer complimentary follow-up evaluations to make sure healing is on track. Overall, Rowan sets the gold standard for safe, professional piercings. Highly recommend.
