Restore hyper wellness is an excellent alternative to doctors care. I don’t have insurance so it’s cost effective for me to treat pain issues at restore where i pay a low monthly fee for multiple visits. I’ve had great success treating pain and tendinitis at Restore using Infrared sauna, compression and especially CRYOTHERAPY. I highly recommend Restore!

I came in for the first time using a promo and had such a great experience that I ended up coming back just a few days later and signing up for a membership. The nurse was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything, which made the entire IV process comfortable and stress-free. The clinic was clean, calm, and well organized. I genuinely felt better after my treatment, which made the decision to come back an easy one. Highly recommend Restore Hyper Wellness if you’re serious about recovery and overall wellness.

Buyer Beware: I canceled my membership with the Gainey Ranch Restore Hyper-well because of multiple additional charges for things that I had bought packages for. This happened more than a few times but only with this restore. I only found out about Extra charges after I checked my credit card statement-- never was told upfront. In order to cancel they required that I come in person to Gainey and cancel which I did. I completed the paperwork, handed it into the Manager who told me I would not be charged any further. The following month I got charged the monthly fee again. This required me to call the manager once again and dispute the erroneous charge. Unfortunately, I had signed my son up for a membership as well. He went in and canceled. They stopped charging for a couple months and then all of a sudden started charging again. Now they're saying it was just a pause and not a cancellation. This is not correct. So beware and watch your credit card statements closely. This is the only Restore I've ever had an issue with and I've been a member of various Restore in other states since 2020. The manager also has very poor people/Communication skills. I've also had mistakes made when giving me my IV that changed how and what I was purchasing for ingredients. I never experienced any of this at any of the other multiple Restores I've gone to in the metro area and other states. Double check always because they will not tell you what you are paying for and because they require you to keep a credit card on file, you have no way of knowing what they're charging until you look at your statement.

Extremely Concerning Experience I went in for a full-body cryotherapy session at Restore and ended up with burn injuries on both of my legs. I have done cryo many times before and know exactly what “normal” feels like—this session was significantly colder than it should have been, and the moment it ended I knew something was wrong. What made the situation worse was the response afterward. Instead of acknowledging that the machine may have been set incorrectly or operated outside the safe temperature range, the staff showed no real sense of responsibility for what happened. I was left feeling dismissed, unheard, and completely unsupported while dealing with visible burns from their service. I’m now documenting everything and getting the proper medical evaluation. I fully expect that accountability will eventually be taken—whether voluntarily or through the appropriate channels. Until then, I want others to know: please be cautious, because when something goes wrong, you may be on your own.
