But the worst part is that Lance draped a used cape over me that was COVERED in another person's whiskers and I didn't notice until he told me to look down. I asked for a cape change, but it was too late. I just found whiskers on my clothes! I'm so disgusted! $24 for nothing but a second shower and a weak trim where Lance ripped a COMB through my dry straight long hair, and he didn't hold it for the knots. He said he was done when I asked him to. Ouch. He was nice, though. Oh no, there are probably some random person's whiskers in my car now! GROSS!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
