  Second time shopping here. Great location in Kierland next to Shake Shack. Parking is onsite street. Tia our personal shopper was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She showed me how to see with my IPhone flashlight how much was left in the Allure Mens metal container. Prices are little pricey, but Chanel tends to be for a quality product. Appreciated the service and personal touch provided. Highly recommend this location especially when not crowded.

  Watched them close the store an hour before their listing closing time at 8pm while we were at the front of the store due to a “few call outs” in their staffing. Then they came back to double check if they remember to lock their front door and gave us a long winded justification on why they were closing early. If you’re a manager and someone calls out, you stay late. That’s what you’re paid to do. Once again, it’s the “red hair associate” you can read in the rest of these reviews giving a POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Let us quote, “I don’t know where you were but we have a small team… happy valentines day”. Now we actually don’t feel like we can come in the next day during their “operating hours” because of the defensive behavior from a staff member. With that, the brand loses a lifetime customer.

  Visiting the Chanel boutique was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The boutique itself is elegant, beautifully designed, and perfectly captures the timeless sophistication Chanel is known for. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. The boutique had a stunning selection of classic and seasonal pieces, and I appreciated how everything was displayed with such care. Trying on accessories and fragrances felt like a special occasion in itself. Overall, Chanel exceeded my expectations — it’s more than just a store; it’s an experience in elegance, style, and exceptional customer service. Highly recommended for anyone who loves timeless fashion and unmatched quality.

  This place is awful. I went there two times, the caucasian staff walked past me a older lady, and young man on seperate occasions, and signaled the black staff to assist me while no other customers are in the store . The caucasian staff never ecknowledges me and go out of there way to avoid and dismiss my existence. I purchased a serum that gave me a averse reaction and I had only used it once. The staff refused my return reguardless of the bad reaction. I told her that is unusual and not good customer service, and what should I do with product? since it has destroyed my skin, she told me to give it way. Im like "wow" so it could possibly disturb someone elses skin. She said well we can't help you. This store has so many bad reviews. I called corporate and they're working on giving me my refund. Ill update on that expirience soon.
