Came in to get my daughters haircuts, we had coupons for each of them, directly from greatclips and she refused to accept both, instead of trying to explain why it couldn’t be used. She gave the eye rolls, the nasty attitude, if my kids were not around she wouldn’t have heard the end of it, speaking with that tone. I truly do not care who you are, manager or not, you work in a place where customers service matters, I work in healthcare, and I would never treat nor speak to you nor your family members the way you spoke to me. Learn to speak to people, you should not be a manager. Based off some the recent reviews it’s in great clips best interest to remove you all together.
