Employees followed behind them in every aisle making them feel uncomfortable, but they assumed they were just watching them to make sure they didn't steal anything. Eventually they felt uncomfortable and decided to purchase their items and leave. After checkout, as they were walking out the store an employee said quite rudely "enjoy your stuff". Then the employees peeked out the door staring at them as they walked away. They were previously at TJMaxx and had bought comestics from there as well and the girls weren't sure if they were assuming the employees saw those items in their bags and assumed they were taking it from Sephora or if that's just how they decided to say "thanks for your purchase, have a great night, enjoy your items". Do you assume all your customers are stealing stuff? Or just teen girls? Or do your employees just speak rudely to your customers? My daughter called me right away because she felt so uncomfortable and I immediately called the store but no one answered the phone. Enter this store at your own risk...or go across the parking lot to the location inside Kohls. Will never shop at this store again!
