Anna did a great job. She trimmed my hair exactly how I asked and made the slight adjustments without qualm after the first go around. She quickly noticed that I wasn't a "chatter" and clipped my hair in companionable silence. Check in online was easy, no account just your name and number.

My husband went in asking for a burst fade, and while in the chair, it was clear the stylist wasn’t confident in what she was doing. He didn’t make a scene—he planned to come back later and have it fixed by a more experienced stylist.
When he called back to explain he wasn’t happy and asked which stylists were working so he could avoid the one he had, the woman on the phone, Deona, immediately knew who he was and said they “don’t turn haircuts away,” but styles like a burst fade are too complex and he should go to a barber shop.
That was frustrating—he should have been told upfront before paying for a haircut that wasn’t done correctly. He asked for a refund so he could go somewhere better suited for the cut, and was told there is a strict no-refund policy. Essentially, they’re admitting they may not have the skill for certain styles but still charge you anyway, with no way to resolve the issue.
To make matters worse, Deona had an immediate attitude—no accountability, no real attempt at customer service, and no manager was available since the owner is out of the country.
At the end of the day, he’ll take the loss, but the principle is frustrating. If a stylist isn’t experienced with a certain haircut, customers should be told upfront. Otherwise, you’re paying to have your hair messed up, then told to go somewhere else with no refund.
There was an option to come back and have it fixed, but why would he do that when they’ve already said they really can’t do it? That could have resulted in his hair being further ruined in a way that can’t be fixed.
Not a great experience.

Surprised most of the stylists here can do a fade decent. My last one was terrible but I came right back and another girl helped fix it. It was still chopped though.
