- MCMary CattelinoOct 27, 20255.0Walked in and was immediately greeted. Had only about a 2 minute wait, as I checked in online, then Michelle called my name. I intentionally fixed my hair the way I like it, so the stylist could see how I normally wear my hair. First time at this location, was a bit nervous as not all folks do a good job with womens short hair styles. Michelle asked me a few questions about my hair, showed me how much she planned on cutting, and went to work. A small amount of conversation, which was fine with me, but most importantly Michelle provided a fantastic cut. I asked her to use thinning shears on the top and back, as I have a lot of hair, and she did with a smile. Asked me to take a look at the back with the hand mirror, and it looked sharp. Super happy, great experience all the way around.

She rushed my husbands haircut, didn't get the back straight, didn't shave the sideburns left them long, cut the top of his head super short. As a hairstylist you should at least have better judgment or get the edges straight instead of making them crooked because she just wants to rush. There's no one waiting why even rush. DONT go here!!!!!! Their mistake is unfixable and my husband has to do a show tomorrow with a hat.

She just kept making it worse and worse the more she cut and more she kept trying to fix her mistakes. All I wanted was a straight across trim. After this cut, I didnt want to keep having anyone here try to fix it anymore then they already had so I have to take her to get it fixed at my normal lady. I thought I would save some time by popping into a great clips but that was a mistake.
