I decided to give them one more try and called to confirm my appt, only to be told the stylist I chose is leaving early and can't fit me in. The salon never bothered to call and inform me of the cancelation .

I had pretty much set up an appointment the other day for a same day appointment which was amazing. She was definitely on time with the appointment. I had a huge ask for Stacy with the limited time we had I wanted to lighten my hair and get a cut I felt soo bad cause I thought we’d go over the closing time. She assured me that we can get it done and she sure did. We talked about life and what not which is a huge plus I’ve had stylists completely quite for the hours so the chatty box that I am I loved every moment. She walked me through every step of the process which is something I personally like. Thank you Stacy you are truly amazing.
