  I came to Wilson’s specifically for chin filler to create a subtle more feminine chin. During my consultation, I was told I needed cheek filler to balance my chin. I trusted their professional opinion and agreed. The result was not refinement, it was structural alteration. Instead of adding projection to the tip of my chin, filler was placed in a way that widened my chin and lower face, creating a boxy appearance. My natural contour was changed rather than enhanced. After expressing to Aimee I was unhappy, she advised to add even more filler to correct the imbalance. I followed her recommendation, hoping it would resolve the issue. It did not. My face now appears heavier in the mid-face and wider along the jawline, and now my face is more unbalanced than it originally was. During both appointments, the majority of the filler was injected before being handed a very small mirror, in dimly lit room and asked if I liked the result. At that stage, it’s nearly impossible to assess symmetry or contour changes. Additionally, I spent $1,000 to dissolve lip filler, yet there is still product visibly remaining. Cosmetic injectables are not minor purchases — they are structural changes to someone’s face. Patients deserve: • Conservative, gradual placement • Proper lighting and adequate time to assess results • Clear communication about projection vs widening • Correction without upselling additional treatment I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.   My experience with Wilson Aesthetics has been 10/10! Aymee has been stellar! I have seen many injectors and Aymee is one of the best. I have a short forehead and hooded eyes. Most injectors have a “prescription” that they apply on everyone, but it doesn’t work on me. After years of injections, I know where NOT to get injections. Aymee listened to me. She modified application especially for my structure and anatomy. It was flawless. She was also incredibly generous with her time and PATIENCE. I’m a little sensitive after all my experiences that went sideways. What Aimee has offered me is subtle enhancement that looks natural and I’m so grateful to have found her. The staff are all sooooo nice! I really feel taken care of there.

  Sarah is amazing!! I’ve enjoyed two facials from her skilled hands. Exceptional! Also receive Dysport from Aymee who is wonderful and knowledgeable! Everyone at Wilson Aesthetics is professional and welcoming from the owner Aymee to the front desk staff. The spa is stylish and relaxing right down to the adorable four-legged greeter Max!!

  From the moment I walked in it was an experience curated for yourself and your needs. Promptly checked in, offered an array of beverages while waiting for my appointment. The girls at the front make it very inviting. Sarah did my facial treatment and this was my first one with her, she made it incredibly comfortable.

  I cannot say enough good things about Wilson Aesthetics. The environment is super relaxing and the ladies are the nicest people on the planet. Not to mention, the owner's doggy is always there greeting people. He is SO sweet! Thank you for everything you all have done for me!
