  Me and My two friends Were Walking around looking at products until The staff kept circling us around Making it seem as if we were Going to steal something It Made me upset and very very uncomfortable I Told my friend lets go to a corner to see if they will follow us and they Did exactly that It was a white women with bangs a darker women with eyeliner i felt very much discriminated Based on me and my friends Color i told her Put the powder back and lets go else were We went outside to think why in the right mind would they act like that after some thoughts and talking we went back and paid for the powder while making it known To all of the staff Watching People shop is weird never ever felt like this before in a store If i could write a zero star i would This is a shame This is my familys Sephora go to store as well i will definitely be letting them know to take their business elsewhere what a shame 🤦‍♀️

  I wish I could give a place zero stars. After not being able to pick up an already paid online order close to closing. I cannot believe the disappointment I had but also the disrespect given. NEVER shopping here again.

  There are a lot of customers at one time. I feel when staff are not doing anything they should be asking anyone and everyone "Can I help you anything today?" I should not be trying so hard to get their attention. I went in to get a new bottle of the Sephore Best Skin Ever and was having trouble finding the shade I needed. Instead of telling me they did a revamp and 63P is now 37N, she allowed me to leave with "Well yeah everything changed." I later googled this information. Very frustrating.
