  I was greeted when I walked in, there were 2 associates working. I knew exactly what I wanted, it wasn't on the shelf with the merchandise that it should've been with, so I looked on all the etageres in the store,to no avail. I walked by the nice girl that greeted me and asked if she could help, she stopped her conversation with the other associate and went to the back to find what I wanted. I went to that store because the app. said it was the only store that had limited stock close to me. The associate was friendly at the register and was very engaging, asked if I wanted to spend my points on anything. I had a great experience at that location.

  Terrible employees that seem uninterested in actually helping customers. Felt judged. Went to go search for some hair products cause i'm just learning how to take care of my natural hair texture and at first I went up and tried asking two of the employees who weren't even doing anything other than talking to each other, I said "excuse me" multiple times and nothing, my sister said "excuse me" as well multiple times and still nothing. One of them had their back turned on us and to be a little fair me and my sis do have sort of quiet voices BUT the other worker could see us right there waiting in her line of vision but they still continued just talking to each other like I wasnt right there and when I did get helped it was by a lady who had an attitude (a short lady with a white salt and pepper pixie boy cut), I asked for products to hold my wavy hair and she asked "you want products to hold your curls the way they are now or to straighten them" with a judgmental attitude like hello where did i mention that i want my hair straight? There was like only one nice employee working in that store and I was just trying to buy hair products to help embrace my hair the way it is by learning how to care for it. It felt judgemental and i felt like i was bothering the employees who were supposed to be helpful not..whatever that was. Never going to this one again. Btw we werent even greeted when we came in no usual "hi welcome to sephora can I help you?" Or "let me know if you need help with anything" the same lady with the short white/salt and pepper pixie cut just looked at us then looked away then walked away. I get it i worked sales/retail, it was a Saturday around 4pm Saturdays are busy for stores like this but its no excuse to make a customer feel apologetic and judged for their hair when they're just being a customer and asking for help. Never coming back to this store again, psa if you dont want to feel judged go to the ulta thats nearby, their store is big clean and their employees are actually nice.

  Was there picking up some stuff for my wife’s bday gift, the sales person helped me all thru the process and made it a lot less stressful 😊, loved the range of items of each brand and i didnt have to go online to order.

  First time in the store. Although they don’t have the brand I was looking for the staff was amazing and so helpful. One staff member even color matched my sister in law and me on the first try!

  THIS IS THE WRONG MAP PIN. The address given is correct, but for some reason, it routes to some restaurant a quarter mile away! If you’re trying to route here, use ur navigation app to map to the Kay Jewelers next to it!
