- TGTara GarciaApr 16, 20241.0Oh, look, I can still review. I went in asking for a spf that won't make my eyes water or make me sweat more in the phx heat. I was told to get this 30 spf by tula. *mind you, i only had $100 to last til i got paid again after paying rent*. I went in a week later with my friend and showed her what i got. That's when an employee came to us and said, "Oh no one here, we would sell you 30 spf. 30 spf is worthless, " so I said "oh so you're saying you'll refund me my $60 . " Another employee told me to buy this exact one..' she literally just starred at me, then walked away and would run if she saw us in the same area. Maybe if someone comes in that is new to skin care, don't confuse and embrace them. Just please make your customers feel safe, especially since these are chemicals were putting on your face. I also did point out the employee that sold me the sunscreen originally, but then they/she went to lunch when they/she heard i pointed them/her out. convenient.. (I really hope I got everyones pronouns correct. I apologize if I got gender incorrect)
