  There are a lot of customers at one time. I feel when staff are not doing anything they should be asking anyone and everyone "Can I help you anything today?" I should not be trying so hard to get their attention. I went in to get a new bottle of the Sephore Best Skin Ever and was having trouble finding the shade I needed. Instead of telling me they did a revamp and 63P is now 37N, she allowed me to leave with "Well yeah everything changed." I later googled this information. Very frustrating.

  Haven’t worn makeup in years. I have a friend’s wedding coming up and needed to get some stuff. Was super nervous trying to figure out what I needed and what would work with my skin. Carolina was the nicest, kindest, most genuine Sephora employee I’ve ever worked with. She helped me figure out exactly what I needed, walked me through how to apply it, what brushes I needed - I mean everything! It helped boost my confidence and actually get excited to wear makeup again, especially knowing that I have the right shades for my skin tone. Someone give Carolina a raise. She is seriously the best and so knowledgeable. This location is out of my way, but will be coming back to this location specifically because the customer service was that amazing. The rest of the team was also super sweet! Thank you, Carolina!
