Several workers walked past without even making eye contact. So when I finally went up to a worker & asked for some help, he looked at me Iike I had two heads and was asking the most outrageous question to be asked. He informed me that the product I wanted was out of stock & instead of showing me similar products, I had to ask if there was anything. He said there was one product but it’s not that similar.. so I awkwardly decided to just walk away and leave the store instead of feeling more uncomfortable with the employee. I’ll probably end up shopping online now without any color match help because I’d rather do that than deal with the embarrassment.

When I was helped by someone else at their little kiosk station she walked back to the register up front. I don’t know why Sephora wants people in stores when their employees are racially profiling people. I’ll stick to Amazon thanks.

- ESEl SuavecitoDec 1, 20251.0Asked to look at a cologne and a he/she Hispanic who works there with long black hair wouldn’t let me hold the box to look at it. This is HORRIBLE customer service. Maybe because I have tattoos the he/her was judgmental but I’m sure he/she doesn’t like being judged for how he/she looks. I have my own business and have PLENTY of money to make the purchase. Because of this I took my business elsewhere shame on ULTA. After reading the reviews I understand why there are so many 1 star reviews.
