  The Solon was clean, easy to find and get to, and the staff was nice and friendly. Booking an appointment was easy and someone calls to remind you about your appointment the day before, which has been super helpful! Veronica has been cutting and coloring my hair for the last year and she always does a great job! When I ask for her opinion/advice, whether she thinks a particular style would look good on me, if I should start layers here or there, best way to grow my straight across bangs if I’m planning on switching my them to curtain bangs down the line, she always gives me her honest opinion and offers other options if one would be better suited for me. She is easy to talk to, but is also ok with silence (huge plus for introverts like me!). Would definitely recommend her if you’re in the area!

  I walked into the salon and asked the lady if they had someone who could cut hair. She directed me to Veronica. I explained how I would like my hair cut. She did an awesome job. I certainly will be back. Mary T

  Had an amazing experience with Veronica B. today. Great cut snd she’s an expert colorist. Extremely happy with my lowlights. Veronica is the best. Highly recommend 💕

  Initially, I had a bad experience. I had called to ask if they accept walk-ins and I was told to come in at 3pm, which I did. When I got to the front desk, a women named Crystal was there and she was very rude! She immediately told me it was on an appointment basis and proceeded to be rude when I tried to explain that I called. There was another young lady at the front desk and she was so helpful. Despite being told to go in at 3pm, I was not seen. I had to make an appointment for the following weekend, which is fine. That's why I had called in the first place. During my second visit, the experience was much better. The lady that cut my daughter's hair was awesome! As was the gentleman that cut mine. I knocked off one star due to my initial experience. I'm not sure if I'd ever go back again. Customer service is a big issue with me.
