    Decided to get my hair done for the first time there, got an appointment with Ruben on March 14, got a reminder call the day before about my appointment, when I got there the manager (had no idea was the manager) said we have been calling you all morning, I told her I haven't got a call from you, she told the other person we put her with someone else because Ruben was not there, so I complain to the store manager and she took me back to the salon, and the manger was rude, I told her I made arrangements to be here for the first time and this happen she just said what do you want me to do, do you want me to appear Ruben, didn't like the attitude, I told her this is the customer service you provide, not good at all so I cancel the appointment. Very disappointing
