- AAAntJan 29, 20261.0This evening I went in for a haircut. I made an appointment on the website and figured I was cleared to proceed with coming in for the haircut. I went in and everything seemed ok. One of the guys who cut my hair in the past (who’s done a great job before btw) was cutting my hair. He didn’t seem as engaged as normal. I get it, I came in at the last minute. If it was a problem, they could have told me to come back tomorrow. I asked for my usual haircut. I didn’t think much of it as he was cutting my hair. It seemed a little fast as it only took less than 10 mins. I thought maybe he got better at the craft and was ok with it. When I got home, I noticed there were patches in the back and on the side. There was also some hair behind my ear. Go figures why it took 10 mins. I come to Great Clips because it’s somewhat affordable. The staff has never done me wrong. But tonight, it seemed he didn’t seem to care very much. I’m very disappointed and will never comeback to this location as long as he’s there. I thought about going back for them to fix it, but what’s the point? They’ll most likely gossip about it. I’ll pay the extra money to have a real barber cut my hair next time as it’s my fault for having to have gone to such a place. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
