There are no appointments when this shop first opens — it’s supposed to be first come, first served. They checked us in in order, so everything seemed fine… until one of the stylists ignored the list, called back a regular who came later, and then told the third person in line they were next. So what exactly was the point of showing up early and waiting in freezing weather? If you’re going to run on favoritism instead of fairness, just say that. Don’t pretend there’s a system. It’s incredibly frustrating to have your time wasted and be treated like you’re invisible while regulars get special treatment. Walked out, won’t be back. Respect people’s time — especially the ones who show up first.
