First time I was ever told not to use the chair. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.. Zero star is my rating. The stylist name is Lillian. The best Great Clips to go to is at 43rd Ave and Bell rd. Teresa and Holly are much more friendly. Even my son said he didn't like Lillian. Also, stylist seems to be in a hurry and not paying attention to what she does.
