Therese should be let go since she is getting a lot of complaints and driving your business into the ground. I will not be going back to Great Clips, there are other places that treat their customers better and provide better service for reasonable prices.

After sitting through what felt like hours of ludicrous conspiracy theories (everything from mermaids to the deep state, Loch Ness monster, and fallen angels), she proceeded to leave my hair completely unblended. She made sure to comment that I was “wasting her time” before I could finally run back to my car and leave. This location would gain my business again if she’s let go, but until then, I’m compelled to warn you: don’t go with Therese.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
