Rachel ignored my instructions and was pre occupied w/something else. Absolutely the worst stylist I’ve encountered in 40 years at Great Clips. Told her she only took 5 minutes on my hair. She doesn’t care about her customers. Mike takes time to listen. He has great work habits and wants to please his clients. Pls stay away from Rachel if u care about your hair.

We went back in and had a other person in there fix it. It felt like since we weren't there they just cut his hair enough and kicked him out. Went back later and got the same person and royally messed my hair and beard up. Depending on who you get it's either fine, or terrible.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
