- TLTom LastnameDec 2, 20252.0We sent out kid in with a picture of what he wanted. Not 5 minutes later he was outside with the absolute worst hair cut ever that didn't look at all like the pic. We went back in and had a other person in there fix it. It felt like since we weren't there they just cut his hair enough and kicked him out. Went back later and got the same person and royally messed my hair and beard up. Depending on who you get it's either fine, or terrible.

- AVApril VanneSep 14, 20253.0Ive been coming to this location for years. Im particular on who cuts my hair since its thin, fine and takes a long time to grow. I come here a few times a year. I personally like going to Michael he takes his time and you can tell he loves what he does. I just went in recently I didn’t call ahead to see if Michael was there I decided to give this gal another chance and I again was not happy. I feel like the hair cut was done in 10 minutes. I asked for it to be even in the back no layers, face framing layers and curtain bangs. I had to ask her if she had done my face framing layer because she was going to take my cape off. My bangs are really blunt and the face framing layers are not well blended I was not asked were I wanted my face framing layers to start, no point cutting on the bangs or face framing layers. It will be a wile before I come back because I will probably end up messing with my own hair. I think the gals name was Rachel thats what it said on the receipt. A few month ago I went in and there were 3 people before me waiting for Michael and I had something to do so I left and went back another day. But it says allot of people are waiting for a certain stylist.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
