I personally like going to Michael he takes his time and you can tell he loves what he does. I just went in recently I didn’t call ahead to see if Michael was there I decided to give this gal another chance and I again was not happy. I feel like the hair cut was done in 10 minutes. I asked for it to be even in the back no layers, face framing layers and curtain bangs. I had to ask her if she had done my face framing layer because she was going to take my cape off. My bangs are really blunt and the face framing layers are not well blended I was not asked were I wanted my face framing layers to start, no point cutting on the bangs or face framing layers. It will be a wile before I come back because I will probably end up messing with my own hair. I think the gals name was Rachel thats what it said on the receipt. A few month ago I went in and there were 3 people before me waiting for Michael and I had something to do so I left and went back another day. But it says allot of people are waiting for a certain stylist.
