- EMeli mathews4 days ago1.0Rude Ladies working now and understaffed there was two young women who used to work there and actually know how to cut hair women’s and men’s and they're no longer there I wonder why!? Poor staff and definitely unqualified to be having a wide range of customers.
- TSTatiana Tuvell Sotelo6 days ago1.0I asked for a trim of my long hair down to my butt.. she cut it to the middle of my back… straight line I asked for a U shape and some layers if it was gonna be that short- (I just wanted a trim.. split ends taken off) it was so short, I came back they didn’t charge me for the seconf time but she dead gave me a bob instead of a U shape on my mid length now I have to wait months for it to grow

The young man who would have taken me next took the gentleman who checked in behind me and came in after I did. He told me one of the other stylists would take care of me. When another stylist was free she disappeared into the back of the store leaving me sitting there. No one told me how long it would be before I got my haircut. The young man stylist who took the second in line before me seemed to know him which is probably why he took him before me. I left, went around the corner to Super Cuts and got my haircut. Cost a few bucks more but I was seen right away. Not sure of the point to checking in online. Needless to say I won't be returning to this Great Clips. All around bad customer service.

When is Online Check-In available?
Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.
Can I use Online Check-In for all types of services?
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
