  Reese and Rylee are a perfect duo. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Linda had never been and gave her the walk thru tour and answered all the questions we had. It was my first time cold plunging and it was definitely what I needed to complete my morning. I feel relaxed and energized and can't wait to do it all over again.

  I was recommended to this fitness recovery center by a friend, and I’m so glad I went! The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were welcoming and professional, and Rylee especially stood out — super knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about helping people recover and feel their best. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling refreshed and taken care of. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to step up their recovery routine!

Access to top notch compression boots, high quality red light therapy, clean and crispy cold plunges, and a massive sauna at a crazy fair price point is hard to beat (especially if you’ve considered having these options at home before)… oh, and also…. The private VIP room is next level. 10 stars and awaiting more new locations!
