They shared deals and specials I didn’t even know about, and I ended up getting a completely different experience that I SO needed. The nurses were extremely helpful in guiding me through the process, they were so accommodating and such a pleasure to be around. 10 stars, and thank you all for being so wonderful. - RRRance RathieOct 23, 20253.0This was our first time at Restore in Peoria. Everyone was more than friendly and helpful, and the clinic was clean and comfortable. The experience however wasn’t the best. The appointment was slower than expected. We arrived at 10:15 and left at 12:20. It was about an hour slower than what we were used to for IV therapy at other Restore locations. The bigger issue was that the nurse missed my girlfriend’s vein three times and she wasn’t able to receive her IV. It also took the nurse two attempts to hit my vein. We have never had an issue with our veins previously at restore, or anywhere else for that matter. Apart from sore arms, I had a flight to catch and was an hour behind by the time it was all said and done. Nobody’s perfect but it was obvious to us that the nurse was either having a bad day or just isn’t as experienced as the ones we have seen in the past at Restore. I’d encourage the franchise to audit the procedures and offer training if necessary. It appeared by the apologies and posture of the receptionist that this was maybe a common occurrence at this location.
