Check-in online because if you don't live in Vistancia, there aren't many options to kill time. Even checking in on the app, the estimated time went from 45 min to 35 minutes, but ultimately the wait was over an hour (after 9 on Thursday). And some lady working in the back came out a couple times to distract the "stylists", when there was clearly a number of customers waiting. Much better past experiences at the Asante and Lake Pleasant Pkwy locations. Gave Vistancia a try because of a Fry's receipt coupon. Won't be back.
