It was my first time cold plunging and it was definitely what I needed to complete my morning. I feel relaxed and energized and can't wait to do it all over again.

I used the compression sleeves, sauna, red light and cold plunge and my body felt so light and painfree afterwards. I had energy and definitely better mental clarity. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and the place is immaculate and very pleasing aesthetically. I will definitely be going back.
