- DDDina DuranApr 6, 20262.0I have been to this sephora many times and in the past great team and professional. But this last vist i felt like xenorah didn't even want to help me. She put foundation on a blender here you can do it, what am I at walgreens. I don't know just not what I'm used to. Didn't even offer up an opinion or ask if I was looking for anything else. Hopefully its just a training issue.

I came to in to buy the new summer fridays perfume and was told by a worker about the special gift received. I waited by the “special gift” table and 3 workers saw me, walked and came back multiple times, and laughed in my face. Stood there for 9 minutes and not one person came or asked if I needed help. Workers ran away every time I tried to even ask a question. Specifically, this male with black curly hair continued to laugh in my face and point at me for waiting.
