- ONOwen NaughtonOct 30, 20241.0My girlfriend and i are frequent flyers when it comes to this store as she's a hair stylist and i usually tag along for the adventure. Today i parked in the same spot i always did outside and we went in together. While my girlfriend was shopping i was looking at spray bottles when i saw people peaking at me from around the corner and say "He's just standing there". I went back to my girlfriend to tell her that it was weird that they were peaking at me and someone approached saying i had to move my truck because it was parked in a school parking spot. I went out to move my truck and waited outside since i didn't feel welcome after they were peaking at me. When she came out she told me that when she was checking out the lady rang her up just kept handing her things even with her hands full making her drop all her coins trying to juggle all these items. The lady decided not to ask my girlfriend if she wanted a bag despite her previously being asked if she wanted a bag with less items before. This was an entirely strange experience as usually all the employees are very pleasant and wonderful to talk to. I would recommend seeking out another hair store if you want consistent good quality service.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
