- AVAngelina VasquezMar 21, 20262.0I went in there today as a walk in. No appointment scheduled. The stylist at the front desk had a very bad attitude. She visibly was in a bad mood. She was rude and slightly condescending when speaking to me and my boyfriend. I scheduled but quickly changed my mind and told her to cancel the appointment becausen I couldn't handle that energy. Ive had her cut my hair before in the past and remember the energy with her was off. She was short with me and rushed when she cut my hair. Im sorry, but she has awful customer service skills. I understand we ALL have bad days, but this is the second time I've seen her im person and nothing has changed. I got my haircut somewhere else instead. totally different experience where I went. They were very nice and friendly. Seriously though, I hope she's okay! She could use a hug.
- BBBeeMar 19, 20261.0doesn’t even deserve 1 star my boyfriend went in and showed the lady a picture i stood there for consultation, the lady cut my boyfriends hair wrong talked to another hair dresser (if she can even call herself that) the whole time, practically buzzed his hair meanwhile i’m sitting in the lobby waiting on my phone and she’s shooting me dirty loooks and when i went home to check the cut it wasn’t even blended properly

Also I am certain the lady cutting hair was tweaking or something, she was definitely on something.

- JCJohn CainJan 29, 20264.0Has been my go to place for the last 20 years. Usually very please. Shop was basically empty and I was in a chair in less than a minute. Felt like I was part of an assembly line and couldn’t have had a quicker hair cut. Think the cutter had somewhere better to be. Will try a different location next time and see if I will continue using Great Clips.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
