- JJJazFeb 13, 20241.0I do not know what is wrong with the employees at this Sephora. I went there yesterday to return some mascara I bought and didn't like. I waited at the checkout counter for 10 minutes for an employee and when an employee finally came to help me, they let another customer cut in front of me and checked them out first. This employee called up another employee to help this same customer. I was annoyed and told this employee I had been waiting before the other customer was there and wanted to leave as I had someplace to be. She refused to help me. I had placed a pickup order for food before I went to Sephora thinking it would take 5 minutes, but it ended up taking like 15 minutes. By the time I picked up my food, it was cold. I went back again today to try and return my mascara again. They made me wait at the counter again for 5 minutes and then let another customer cut in front of me. I left because I was tired of dealing with this. This Sephora needs more employees and training for these employees because obviously they don't understand customer service.

The Sephora employee was helping another customer, but she could have at least said hi and I’ll be with you in a moment. The customer service needs to be much better at this new location.
