There are a couple of gals in the store that seem to know what they are doing but overall they are rude or inexperienced. Yesterday when I was in there two people walked out just waiting for someone to come to the register. Sephora needs to do come serious training in this location!

But i can pay with my Kohl's card, and you're not "Kohl's," but you can't redeem your own brand's gift card?! Flipping ridiculous! Just reiterating how annoyed I am with this store/situation!
