Even with many employees present, guidance on selecting the most suitable products isn’t always offered. I’ve also been denied a foundation sample in the past, which was disappointing. Unfortunate since this location is in such a lovely plaza.

I had bought a product from a different Sephora and she immediately turned us down and away and seemed very offended at the thought of us even asking. When I repeated that I definitely bought it at a Sephora in the west valley, she rolled her eyes and asked on her walkie before once again telling us "no Ulta." It's not at Ulta, I already know that for a fact. Be nicer
