Just recently I was offended by I guess the manager or maybe a new employee. I walked in on a busy day to hopefully make an exchange quick and went to get the extras I needed and this manager was so rude she didn't smile or greet me. She walks up to me and yelled in my ear about me making a return. I felt like she judged me because I was African American and she just assumed either I was stealing or I didn't belong in the store. Usually I don't complain but this was absolutely the worst experience since I've been shopping at this location. I even spoke with a few of my stylist that I work with and they confirmed that they to had bad experiences shopping there. They had even walked out left the items on the counter and just left. My suggestion on the manager in charge is...your job is manager not some pitbull ready to bite the hands that feed you. Take notes from your coworkers and learn to treat everyone with respect and equality no matter the ethnicity....He'll even if your having a rough day. We don't deserve your rude hateful attitude for what ever the heck tour going through.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
