The customer service was always welcoming, and the staff was consistently kind and professional. I was always so happy with how my lash extensions turned out — they did beautiful work every time. Unfortunately, due to job loss and some financial hardships, I had to cancel my membership. It truly wasn’t an easy decision. I’m especially grateful that during a difficult time, Lash Envy did their best to work with me and make adjustments to my membership when possible. That meant a lot. I genuinely look forward to returning once I’m back on my feet financially. Thank you for the wonderful service and care!
