I saw online that there was an hour wait and signed in, headed over when there was about 20 min left on my time. Lobby was full as were the chairs. Stephan asked the patron he was with if they would be okay with him stepping away. He greeted me warmly checked me in and looked my hair over. I asked if I could wait for him and he advised that was fine. Twenty min later and right on time I was going over what I wanted, got my hair washed and a lovely cut from him. Stephan listened to all of my wants, repeated everything back to me. Made a few suggestions and then checked in with me again as well as through the cut letting me know what he was doing and why. My hair looks healthy, my curls came back and I am already looking forward to my next cut and taking off another inch or two. Quality cut, great service and felt like I was in good hands the whole time.
