He had a picture of what he wanted, it was even a pic of himself rather than someone else, so we know it works for his hair type. He came home really upset, his hair is SHORT, not even collar length. Worse yet, the top is way too long and he kinda looks like a mushroom. He’s on his way back to have someone else there do what they can to fix it. Obviously they can’t give him the length back but he can’t walk around like he is. His hood is up at the moment.

Started off with an attitude immediately because I was trying to put into words what I wanted for my haircut. She kept speaking over me every time I tried to answer her question. I told her I didn't want her business. For the stylist if you can see this you're attitude goes a long way instead of talking to me like I'm an idiot.
