- EOEunice & Sabrina Ortiz3 days ago1.0In early January of this year, my wife went to get a haircut by Sarah. My wife has cancer and uses a walker therefore, doesn’t like going out in public. She had been to Sarah before and never had any issues. This time she just wanted a haircut and had a reference photo and explained she didn’t want to lose the length. Sarah looked at it only once. She went to cut her hair, and my wife instantly knew it was too short because it was sticking up. It was too late to fix. Damage has been done. Sarah went to use clippers and her hands were shaking so bad. My wife didn’t even know what to say. When she got to the car, she cried. It took her a while to grow her hair out and didn’t want to lose length. Also, my wife is indigenous and her hair is very sacred. Point is, you’re having an off day…don’t take appointments.

In my 40’s, things have been changing for me no matter what I do or use. Some is due to aging factors. First pic, is of me neglecting to get a hair cut for 7 months wanting it to grow out, but it just thins out more with lots of breakage. Amanda had suggested some products to me and shows me during blow outs how to work things in. I’ve loved going to Amanda over the years and I can’t wait to be back again soon!

I just went back today as a walk in for a quick trim. They were able to take me and the girl (I'm horrible with names) was amazing, just like the last one, and she knew exactly what I needed and wanted with my trim. I will definitely continue going back.
