She talked with me went over my concerns and questions. Went through a few choices I had picked out and when I asked her opinion she gave it to me. As she cut my hair she would ask me if I liked the lengh and just made sure I was happy with what she was doing. Ann is also friendly and kind. I left making another appointment to get my colored I was very very happy. I recommend I was so comfortable and it was a very warm setting to me also. I plan on bringing my teenage girls there.
