- ACash crowOct 30, 20255.0I went after seeing a few reviews needed a new haircut bad my hair was very long and just flat. I had my appointment with Ann and she is absolutely amazing. She talked with me went over my concerns and questions. Went through a few choices I had picked out and when I asked her opinion she gave it to me. As she cut my hair she would ask me if I liked the lengh and just made sure I was happy with what she was doing. Ann is also friendly and kind. I left making another appointment to get my colored I was very very happy. I recommend I was so comfortable and it was a very warm setting to me also. I plan on bringing my teenage girls there.

I called them and they had me come back in to try to lighten it. Now it is red. I was going on vacation. And I had to postpone it. Now I'm going in to get it done by a different salon. They never had me look at a color chart. Thank you so much. Amy Bray

- TKTanu KaurSep 6, 20251.0Worst experience. Went for a hair color and haircut. They didnt notify of their hidden charges. I ended up paying $60 more even for my shoulder length hair color because the girl kept mixing very small amount of color. She was not educated or trained because she kept asking questions to her colleagues like do we use shampoo after color and so on. My hair didnt feel like it does after salon. She couldnt even do a middle part properly and kept asking me if it was middle. The worst thing is even after paying over $120 for a haircolor (no bleach) with face framing cut and her constant comment on justification of her mixing more color, she still left some greys. I hope this review saves you in case you are planning to go there based on rating.
