I got my eyebrows done, and I’d drive 2.5 hours back here to ask Ann to do them again. I have strong eyebrows as is, but the care and precision she took in getting them just right created a loyal customer. ✨⭐️

I’ve been here for the course of almost two years. I did not have a great experience with the rushed process of me and my moms nails. The nail techs were very rough with our cuticles, making my moms skin bleed as well as mine. Getting frustrated after turning down additional services and being requested over and over. I believed I would have a relaxing experience due to me wanting to relax and felt stressed. I don’t know if there was frustration felt and comments between the techs but it didn’t feel like a comfortable atmosphere. IOne of my feet look completely different than the other and it’s not not noticeable. Multiple coats on my toe and it looks like a 5D toe nail with only gel. Nail polish so thick each toe is falling off. I felt highly embarrassed and the fact that the owner got into my moms conversation advising that I’ve been there many times before and asking if I’m her daughter. Just because I’ve been there before does not mean I don’t have the right to not be happy with a service. I’ve never had an issue with him and he’s always been nice but I just don’t know what happens this time around. If you knew something seem wrong you could’ve offered to speak with me privately instead of in front of others. I spoke highly of this place to my mom only to have a bad experience and for her to feel like she couldn’t speak for herself. My expressions were upset about the whole situation. The nail tech assisting my mom let go of her foot and it slammed down hurting my mom as she’s older with no notice. My nail tech also dropped my foot and mind you I’m pregnant. I just felt really bad. I won’t be coming here again. Despise we still have a tip out of respect. My nail polish fell in one day on my feet. Editing my current review my third toe nail polish fell off in less than a week. I had to paint it with regular nail polish from home. I want my money back.

I love it here. I can be stressed before coming to Awards Nails & Spa but as soon as I get in that chair, I just let go and let them do what they love to do. Feeling like I'm being rewarded every time I come to Awards Nails & Spa.
