Couldn’t sue them because of signatures we had signed….Went in for laser treatment and they had a new trainee at the time. Literally was in such extreme pain to where body movement was torture. If you’re going in for laser treatment, please make sure the person knows what they’re doing and is qualified….The second picture is now me in 2026 with scars left from that laser treatment. Didn’t really even get an apology either from this company, now every time I go to a dermatology I’m reminded of the time I was given practically… burns.
