She snipped a part in the front and asked if that was okay. I said yes and she proceeded. Once she got to the other side and it was a completely different length. I went in with my hair below my chest area and somehow it is now to my shoulders. I asked for someone else to finish the cut and you could tell in their faces looking at how bad it was. The woman fixing asked do you still want layers. I said I never asked for layers its supposed to be straight. That is how crooked it was.
