I am so disappointed in Courtney. She was my mother’s hair dresser so I waited three weeks just so I could book with her. Their receptionist messed up my appointment time so I got a call last minute and rushed down there only to be treated with attitude like it was my fault. Courtney made it obvious she did not want to have to do me at all, told me it was $65 to get the front of my hair foiled, she put two foils on one side of my head and thought she was done, when I asked her to put some on the other side she was shocked I wanted to do that. I had a small bit of light bleaching in the front that also needed to be foiled but she just never did it, tho I mentioned it several times..so it stayed yellow. Five seconds before it was time for the toner she told me that that is an additional $55, so now altogether I'm paying $115 for four foils in my hair, and after talking me into a tiny bottle of over priced conditioner and a tip, I payed $175 for hair I had to go home and fix myself. This salon charges Beverly Hills prices, has Beverley Hills attitude, with Supercuts service. Needless to say my mother and I have since found a new hairdresser.

Micah used his magic to give me a beautiful hair color. He is focused on the consultation process and end result. I already had a great color by Lori and Micah blended it with my regrowth perfectly. If your looking for a hair colorist, I wholeheartedly recommend Micah.

I was a first time client on February 6th. I did not want to discuss my concerns online, however, I called the salon twice, asked for the owner/manager, left my name and phone number and identified myself as a client. No return phone call. So perhaps someone will contact me after this review. My appointment was for a consult. I believed that the stylist understood my requests, so I went forward with the cut and color as she had time. I have been growing out my gray/white hair and about 1 inch showed at top of my head. I asked the stylist for light, white, gray or silver highlights to soften the transition from my dark brown colored hair to the white as it continued to grow out. However, when the foils came off, my hair was blonde, fully blonde from the front and brassy orange elsewhere. I should have realized there was a problem, when one of the salon personnel told me she had never seen so many foils in anyone's hair before. I have always been a dark brown brunette and the color was so shocking that I could not wait to leave the salon. The stylist continued to smile and laugh a bit which I took for kindness, but later realized she was nervous. She had no idea what she was doing. She never suggested that removing my brown color would leave me a blonde. No issues were mentioned, no other options were suggested. She did not set a timer, she checked one foil, once. I cannot see how light highlights caused complete brassy blonde. I was so upset, that I went to another salon and had the blonde hair colored back to brown as soon as I could. I was told that no additional bleaching could take place for weeks, or my hair would be damaged. See my photos below. Does this look like highlighting?

Zeta was a great experience! I received exactly what I wanted, and everyone was very very kind to me. My stylist was Micah he was very kind and saw through the image that I wanted for my hair! I definitely recommend this salon to anyone who’s looking for a good salon to go to in Green Valley!

I have been going to Zeta Salon for several years. I was their client briefly when they offered hair, light facials and waxing at the previous location.. They have greatly expanded their services in this new and lovely location. Pricing has increased comparable to notable, larger salons and medical spas in Tucson. Services may not be considered equivalent and there’s no wine in the waiting room as some reviews state, there is candy! Hair services automatically add Gloss, a conditioning treatment adding $65 to each additional specific cost of hair services. There’s now nice nail services along with waxing and unique facials, massages and wraps at the higher end pricing.
