- BCB CMar 19, 20261.0This week I booked a XPRESS cut for haircut trim. In the end, I walked out feeling ashamed and embarrassed. The XPRESS cut includes a shampoo + conditioner but no styling afterwards. I did not even receive the shampoo + conditioner. As soon as the stylist started cutting my hair, I received multiple comments mentioning the baldness regarding my hair. I sat in the chair so uncomfortable and hurt. I felt judged and humiliated as she kept mentioning how to make certain adjustments to my haircut. The service was okay (a but painful from her combing through the knots) even though it was missing half the elements that were advertised as “included”. Hopefully in the future, this salon will provide a better experience.

- PMPam MaurerMar 2, 20262.0I go to the JC Penney salon in Goodyear, AZ If it were not for the fact I like my stylist, I would not go back - the sinks are painfully uncomfortable. Hair washing should be a relaxing experience - this is not possible with those sinks. It is a shame - I have been in a lot of salons - none with sinks as uncomfortable as these!
