- JRJudie RomanFeb 2, 20261.0This is the absolute rudest location I have ever been to. I put an order in yesterday (knowing the location was closed) for pick up today. The person working the front was EXTREMELY rude. She had an attitude from the beginning, almost as if I was inconveniencing her asking about my order. Yes, does it season On She told me they didn’t have my whole order and I wasn’t notified it wasn’t complete until I got there. She ended up calling someone over named Rosa, I’m assuming the manager who explained because the associate couldn’t be bothered. I have been licensed since 2008 and I have NEVER had an incident like this with a rude employee at Salon Centric. If you don’t want to work retail with customers, find a new job.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
