Been a few times where every few months Ive attempted to book and it’s cancelled. I’ve had 2 other clients who used to go here stop going because of the same issue they’d book and be called or messaged to cancel. One tells me she showed up once for her appt and the stylist was not there. Everyone I share my experience with tells me I need to leave a review and never book again and well here’s the review.

The cashiers were a delight and returns were easy and attendants there were also helpful. Clothing is a bit pricey, but it's worth it when looking for a specific type of jean pants. I also picked up some colognes and received a free gift., not bad. I would recommend this store regardless of the treatment I received from the floor staff because of the friendly cashiers and the person i spoke with at the return desk.
