  We went to look at wedding ring at JCPenny Jewelry department I happen to find one I really liked but needed to size to smaller it was closing time so she was going to hold on to till next day But we sized & everything Next day went back she wasn't there yet so the other person was helping couldn't located the ring for 1/2 an hour Finally, he did according to him it was on bottom of whole a bunch of stuff if I didn't showed him a photo he would have never found it. All that hassles time consuming I asked for little bit of discount I wasn't demanding or upset!. It was more like " BLAME me for trying " He said if it was up to him yeah But since it's corporation there's nothing he can do about it. I smiled & said no big deal! Don't take it seriously Then he looked at tag on the ring it says they can only down size 2 & also said she should have known better. Now I was really upset! Then lady was working on the next booth said that she was the manager & remember us She dressed like she just rolled out of the bed, why even mention she's in charged I turned look at her Sametime she was rolling her eyes Almost like that's what you get, but I didn't get it. We weren't making seen, we were more disappointed What kind of manager rolls their eyes? Very unprofessional. As it is I was told they can size the ring but now they said they can't... I don't even expect apology but manager rolling her eyes at us Knowing we are very disappointed was cold. Especially when we didn't even complaint.

  The staff was friendly. No appointment was able to get right in. Asked how much price was prior to appointment. Tried to change price after appointment. The young lady Nicole I think that’s her name prices are different. The check out person was different than the check in. They honored the quote price. I mentioned that I was tender headed. She was very gentle which I really appreciated. The hair wash and hair cut was awful! She didn’t cut all of my hair. I washed my hair the next day and the cut was lopsided. I definitely wouldn’t go back. Looking for a stylist that can do a basic cut on short natural hair. No luck so far. I’ll keep looking! I give myself a better cut. I tipped her for her efforts. Thanks for reading. I’m sure I’ll find someone one day 😂

  Jordan in the salon sucks at cutting hair. Period. Horrible.

  I never thought to come to JCPenney for any hair services, but a friend of mine posted a picture of her haircut and it looked absolutely beautiful. I asked who did it and she recommended Randa. As soon as I arrived, Randa greeted me right away and let me know she was finishing up with another client, which was completely fine since I was early. When it was my turn, she was an absolute sweetheart. Very welcoming, asked what I wanted, made a few recommendations, and truly over delivered. My haircut turned out amazing. People in the salon were complimenting me, and everywhere I went that day I kept getting compliments. A random hairstylist at Ulta even came up to me and said, “I have never wanted to touch someone’s hair as much as I want to touch yours because it looks so good.” That was the biggest compliment. I am truly happy I found her. I will definitely be going back to Randa for all my haircuts.
