Even though I walked in close to closing time, the team welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism, never once making me feel rushed. The stylist took exceptional care with my beard trim, paying attention to every detail with the precision and craftsmanship that truly sets great service apart. The result was easily the best beard trim I’ve received at any Great Clips location—clean, sharp, and perfectly balanced. It’s rare to find a place that consistently combines skill, courtesy, and customer care, especially after more than a decade as a loyal customer. Moments like this reaffirm why I keep coming back.

He asked if we checked in online and had an attitude when I said no. No one else was even there waiting for a hair cut. He was pushing down hard on clippers during the hair cut, and cut the back of my sons neck a few times. My son was crying after the hair cut and how it hurt. The guy said it seems like it’s been a long day for my son to justify the crying. Seemed the hair cutter was in a bad mood and took it out on my son. Will never be back.

She's super friendly, efficient and really knows what she is doing. I would highly suggest that she cuts your hair even if you have to wait until she becomes available. Trust me, she is worth it. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
