- JKJay Kneifel3 days ago1.0Do not go to this location. You will wait for 20 minutes only to watch other people walk in and get served before you. Your name will be the only one on the screen and then another person’s name will pop up for registering online, and they will take those people, even if you’ve been sitting in store before they got there. I’ve been told in the past that registering online. It was only a courtesy to the store and does not take president over people that are sitting in the store before you get there. This is inconsistent and unacceptable behavior. I will not return to this location!

I didn’t want it high and tight short anymore and she helped me with shaping it so that as it grows, it’ll still look good I felt like she actually took interest in what I wanted to look like
- DRDamian RodriguezMar 28, 20261.0Horrible cut 🤦🏽♂️ my girlfriend asked for her hair to get cut just a bit below her shoulders, once the cut was done it was WAY above her shoulders reaching all the way down to her chin basically. The problem was that I was sitting down in the lobby and all I hear is these African ladies chatting it up the entire time about a lion king movie not even paying attention to how much she is cutting off! The lady knew she cut off way too much suggesting different ways to help my girlfriend trim. I’m NOT the type of person to leave a bad review but this is completely unacceptable and me and my girlfriend will not be returning again.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
