However, we were in for 10 minutes and neither of the 2 associates spoke to my mother, grandmother, or I until my mom asked for a price check at the registers. The price check consisted of the associate walking back to the wall where the product was and was "searching" for the item with the tagged price - as if my mother didn't do that already. Retail professionals know that retail is a dying space - only if you allow it to be. Customer service is the one thing I would expect when walking into a brick-and-mortar store.
