- IIIfpoaJul 11, 20251.0I came in and was very excited to find the Vanilla 28 perfume. I picked up a few other products, then asked the salesperson if i could pay at the kohls register because i will be buying clothes as well. She said yes, it was ok. Then as I was walking out, i was being followed by another older woman. she said in a VERY disgusting tone “you need to pay in sephora.” I told her that another employee said it was fine, and she just scoffed and walked me to sephora. She was very rude and condescending towards me. definitely will not be coming back.
- LSlia schroederJun 27, 20251.0poor customer service; a woman that works there (not sure of her name) was condescending and outright rude as i checked out. she insisted on making me sign up for a rewards program that i know is not required to check out, and ignored me as i said no thank you multiple times until i gave up, and as she did this, she was quite condescending towards me.
- VDVanessa DApr 10, 20251.0I went in the morning to get help finding a few products for my daughter, and the older woman there I think her name was Brynn was extremely rude, dismissive and condescending when I was asking her for help. I politely asked her to help me find these products because I didn’t know where they were located in the store and she immediately shut me down and told me she was too busy to help me, but then proceeded to go and talk to a different customer. I would’ve tried to ask a different Sephora worker for help, but the other worker had walked out of the store, so I sat in Sephora for 10 minutes waiting for her to finish with the customer before asking for help again. When I did, she still had the same nasty dismissive attitude from before and told me, I just wasn’t looking hard enough. I was honestly appalled by the way that I was being treated because I’ve never seen this woman in the store before and any other time I’ve been to the store the other girls are so sweet and helpful. I decided to wait for another worker to come and help me instead, and when I asked her for the person in charge of Sephora imagine my shock when she tells me that rude woman Brynn is the one in charge. I’m extremely disappointed and have never been treated like that in the many times, I’ve been to the store and personally I believe it shows lack of good leadership inside of the store.
