- LLLarissaDec 26, 20251.0I purchased a cologne for my husband at the end of October as a gift for Christmas, When he opened yesterday, we realized it was a women’s fragrance-not men’s. The item was never opened before then, but Sephora refused to allow a return because of their 30-day policy. This was a gift situation, which Sephora should reasonably expect during the holidays. Very disappointing customer service and zero flexibility, I won’t be purchasing gift here again.
