- JMjay mendozaNov 9, 20255.0first of all can i just say all the employees i interacted with here were so kind and hannah especially was amazing!! i took my mom in to find a good concealer and as soon as i told her what my mom wanted she knew exactly what to recommend and even swatched some. what she didn’t know is that we were having a surprise party for my mom later on so i wrote a note asking if she can add a little concealer to the other side to even out her makeup. she read my note and got straight to work! made my mom feel so beautiful and was so kind to her when she got emotional. the concealer is amazing btw! got a sale and forever customers out of us. thanks again hannah!!!

- ACAlexis ClayOct 12, 20251.0I am a male Doordasher and I arrived at this location 5 minutes from opening, being the only person in the store. I ask the manager for assistance shopping. Instead of helping me find the product they pointed their finger in a vague area and turned their back on me essentially telling me to find it myself. As I search for the product, no idea what I’m even looking at, I notice there is a surplus of employees refusing to help me. Thankfully after 5 minutes of frustration an employee approaches me to offer me help and picks out my product in less than 10 seconds. Why did it take so long for me to receive assistance when I came in and asked directly for it. This leads me to ask the question: would I have received the same treatment in this store being a female? However it’s hard to claim gender discrimination on this situation as the manager wore so much make up it was hard to identify him or her sexually. Such a horrible experience.

I overheard multiple conversations bad mouthing other customers shopping & clearly they don’t have a restriction when it comes to phone usage on the floor clearly.
